Graduate Stipends and Scholarships

Physiology and Pharmacology Graduate Program

Stipends

1.  Stipends. The policy of the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology is that all qualifying MSc and PhD students receive an annual stipend for the duration of the residency period of their graduate degree program (see Section 2, below). The stipend for students with no external awards, and within the normal duration of their graduate program, is composed of funds from the supervisor’s research grants together with a scholarship from the School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (SGPS).  Note that only full-time students who meet the conditions for progression towards their degree, as established by the Physiology and Pharmacology Graduate Program, are eligible for SGPS financial support.
